Abbas est\u00e1 dispuesto a rechazar 2.2 mil millones de dolares en transferencias de impuestos de Israel en 2019 en respuesta a la deducci\u00f3n por parte de Israel de 139.5 millones que la Autoridad Palestina planeaba usar para recompensar a los terroristas.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

El presidente de la Autoridad Palestina (AP), Mahmoud Abbas, anunci\u00f3 que su r\u00e9gimen rechazar\u00e1 todos los ingresos fiscales que Israel transfiere a la Autoridad Palestina si Israel deduce la cantidad que la <\/span>Autoridad Palestina utiliza para recompensar a los terroristas<\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/p>\n

El anuncio lleg\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de que el Gabinete israel\u00ed anunciara el domingo que Israel deducir\u00e1 139,638,000 de dolares este a\u00f1o de los fondos fiscales que de otra manera se transferir\u00edan a la Autoridad Palestina.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan Palestina Media Watch (PMW), \u00abEsta suma no incluye las recompensas financieras de la Autoridad Palestina a las familias de los terroristas muertos, los llamados ‘m\u00e1rtires’, o a los terroristas heridos. La deducci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 en 12 porciones mensuales de aprox. 11,636,500 millones \/ mes – casi 42 millones de shekels por mes\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

A principios de este mes,\u00a0seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 PMW en base a declaraciones en Al-Hayat. Al-Jadida<\/em>, el diario oficial de la AP, Abbas declar\u00f3 que si Israel sigue adelante con las deducciones anunciadas, se negar\u00e1 a aceptar el resto de las transferencias, que son fondos que la poblaci\u00f3n palestina necesita desesperadamente para mantener su econom\u00eda viable<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

El terrorismo es m\u00e1s importante que la prosperidad<\/span><\/h2>\n

En referencia a esta importante noticia, PMW concluy\u00f3: \u00ab[Este movimiento] confirma de manera concluyente que Abbas y la Autoridad Palestina <\/span>dan prioridad a recompensar a los terroristas<\/span><\/a> y asesinos en lugar de mejorar la vida de toda la poblaci\u00f3n palestina. En lugar de aceptar que Israel se niegue a transferir 11.6 millones,\u00a0 Abbas prefiere castigar a toda la poblaci\u00f3n palestina al rechazar 174.5 millones de dinero de los impuestos, lo que beneficiar\u00eda a todos los palestinos\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dado que los impuestos recaudados por Israel representan aproximadamente el 50 por ciento del presupuesto operativo de la Autoridad Palestina, rechazar el resto de esta suma demuestra que Abbas est\u00e1 contento privando a su gente de las necesidades b\u00e1sicas.<\/span><\/p>\n

En respuesta a la ley, Abbas declar\u00f3 en la televisi\u00f3n oficial de PA en octubre: \u00abDesde 1965 hasta ahora, este asunto es sagrado para nosotros. Los m\u00e1rtires y sus familias son sagrados, [y tambi\u00e9n lo son] los heridos y los presos. Debemos pagar todos ellos. Si queda un centavo en nuestras manos, es para ellos y no para los vivos\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n
