Israel inaugur\u00f3 una exposici\u00f3n conmemorativa especial en la sede de las Naciones Unidas en Nueva York como parte del primer D\u00eda Internacional del Recuerdo y Reconocimiento para las V\u00edctimas de los Ataques Terroristas de la ONU, que se instaur\u00f3 tras una resoluci\u00f3n aprobada por la Asamblea General de la ONU en 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

La exposici\u00f3n presenta a 25 v\u00edctimas de los recientes ataques terroristas en Israel, incluida su foto y un corto elogio.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00abEstos actos hostiles de terror son cobardes, y los terroristas que los perpetran incitan a m\u00e1s violencia contra nuestro pueblo, ya que se los considera h\u00e9roes en su sociedad\u00bb. Adem\u00e1s, el Embajador Danon pidi\u00f3 a la comunidad internacional que \u00abexija al presidente de la Autoridad Palestina que <\/span>detenga la transferencia de salarios a los asesinos<\/span><\/a> y a sus familias, que derramaron la sangre de israel\u00edes inocentes\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dos de las v\u00edctimas presentadas eran Shir Hajaj, de 22 a\u00f1os, y Erez Orbach, de 20, quienes fueron asesinados el 8 de enero de 2017 <\/span>en un ataque terrorista\u00a0<\/span><\/a>en Jerusalem\u00a0<\/span>junto con otros dos soldados de las FDI<\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/p>\n

Desde su fundaci\u00f3n en 1948, Israel ha perdido m\u00e1s de 3.000 hombres, mujeres y ni\u00f1os por el terrorismo palestino.<\/span><\/p>\n
