Cuatro cohetes fueron disparados desde la Franja de Gaza hacia Israel en las primeras horas del domingo; a pesar del anuncio previo de los grupos terroristas Ham\u00e1s y Jihad Isl\u00e1mico de que se hab\u00eda alcanzado un alto el fuego con el Estado jud\u00edo. La bater\u00eda antimisiles C\u00fapula de Hierro derrib\u00f3 dos de los cohetes.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

El disparo de los cohetes activ\u00f3 las sirenas del sistema de alerta temprano en el Consejo Regional Eshkol, lim\u00edtrofe con la Franja, enviando a miles de habitantes a los refugios antia\u00e9reos por segunda noche consecutiva.<\/p>\n

Poco antes, dos proyectiles de mortero de Gaza explotaron en Israel. En respuesta, El ej\u00e9rcito de Defensa de Israel \u201catac\u00f3 el mortero desde donde fueron lanzados los proyectiles\u201d.<\/p>\n

No hubo reportes inmediatos de palestinos heridos. Ni se aclar\u00f3 cu\u00e1les eran los grupos terroristas palestinos responsables de los \u00faltimos ataques con cohetes y proyectiles de mortero.<\/p>\n

Las organizaciones terroristas Hamas y Jihad Isl\u00e1mica Palestina anunciaron que acordaron un alto el fuego con Israel, tras conversaciones con Egipto y otros organismos internacionales.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa mediaci\u00f3n regional e internacional ha conducido al fin de la escalada actual entre la resistencia y las fuerzas de ocupaci\u00f3n\u201d, argument\u00f3 Hamas.<\/p>\n

Un alto funcionario de defensa israel\u00ed manifest\u00f3 que: \u201cSolo los hechos en el terreno determinar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo seguimos respondiendo\u201d.<\/p>\n

Desde la 1:30 a.m. del s\u00e1bado, Hamas y otros grupos terroristas, que controlan la Franja de Gaza, lanzaron m\u00e1s de 174 cohetes y proyectiles de mortero contra el sur de Israel. La mayor\u00eda de ellos, m\u00e1s de un centenar, explotaron en \u00e1reas abiertas, sin provocar heridos ni da\u00f1os materiales. M\u00e1s de 30 fueron interceptados por la bater\u00eda antimisiles C\u00fapula de Hierro. Varios proyectiles explotaron dentro de las comunidades del sur de Israel.<\/p>\n

Tres israel\u00edes resultaron heridos cuando cohetes palestinos hicieron impacto sobre una casa y una sinagoga en la ciudad fronteriza de Sderot. Los heridos fueron evacuados al hospital en condici\u00f3n moderada.<\/p>\n

Varios proyectiles que explotaron dentro de comunidades del Consejo Regional Eshkol en el sur del pa\u00eds provocaron da\u00f1os leves a edificios e infraestructuras. El Ministerio de Salud de Gaza, controlado por Hamas, afirm\u00f3 que dos adolescentes, de 15 y 16 a\u00f1os, murieron en uno de los ataques de la aviaci\u00f3n israel\u00ed contra un edificio que, seg\u00fan fuentes militares de Israel, era utilizado por Hamas para el entrenamiento en combate urbano de sus efectivos y estaba situado sobre un t\u00fanel que conduc\u00eda a una \u201cmasiva\u201d red de corredores subterr\u00e1neos de Gaza.<\/p>\n
