El 13 de abril, una nueva era de enfrentamiento comenz\u00f3 como parte del conflicto entre Israel y la Franja de Gaza. Varias cometas incendiarias enviadas durante las manifestaciones en la valla fronteriza causaron un incendio en el kibutz de Nahal Oz.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Desde entonces, la \u201cofensiva a\u00e9rea terrorista\u201d contra las comunidades cercanas a la frontera ha continuado con mayor vigor, incluyendo unas 300 cometas incendiadas que volaron al territorio de Israel, 100 incendios y m\u00e1s de 1.200 hect\u00e1reas de trigo destruidas, causando da\u00f1os de millones de shekels a los agricultores de la zona.<\/p>\n

Las comunidades de los Consejos Regionales de Eshkol y Sha’ar HaNegev y las tierras de cultivo bajo ataque incluyen los bosques Kissufim y Be’eri, Kibutzim Nir Oz, Kerem Shalom, Sufa, Kfar Aza, Sa’ad, Mefalsim, Erez y Gevim.<\/p>\n

El modus operandi ha sido el mismo en todos los incidentes que causan incendios: durante los disturbios en la frontera de Gaza, los palestinos unieron c\u00f3cteles molotov y otros objetos incendiarios a las cometas y los enviaron a Israel.<\/p>\n

Aunque las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel (FDI) combatieron las cometas en llamas con drones desarrollados para interceptarlas, esta ofensiva sigue perturbando la rutina diaria de las comunidades fronterizas.<\/p>\n
