Ant\u00f4nio Rodrigo Nogueira, conocido como Minotauro, es un peleador brasile\u00f1o retirado de artes marciales mixtas.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Este campe\u00f3n de UFC tuvo la oportunidad de entrenar con instructores de Krav Maga de las FDI en el Instituto Wingate, una base donde soldados de las FDI entrenan y aprenden una variedad de deportes incluyendo Krav Maga, un tipo de arte marcial que pone el foco en la defensa propia.<\/p>\n

Hoy estuvo en Israel, m\u00e1s precisamente en el Instituto Wingate. El Instituto Wingate es una base donde los soldados de las FDI entrenan y aprenden todo tipo de deportes, entre ellos Krav Maga, un arte marcial de defensa propia.<\/p>\n

Para empezar el d\u00eda, Minotauro observ\u00f3 un entrenamiento de Krav Maga en el que participaron soldados de las FDI con un instructor. M\u00e1s adelante, \u00e9l se sum\u00f3 al entrenamiento y junto con otros soldados aprendi\u00f3 Krav Maga al aire libre.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl Krav Maga es un arte marcial encantador, muy r\u00e1pido, lo puedes usar en tu vida diaria para defensa personal\u201d – explic\u00f3 el campe\u00f3n de UFC. \u201cLas artes marciales sirven no solo para protegerte a ti mismo, quien practica un arte marcial es m\u00e1s seguro de s\u00ed mismo, m\u00e1s calmo, cambia tu actitud y te ense\u00f1a a respetar. Es muy \u00fatil para tu vida\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201dEs un lindo pais con buena gente. El trato es muy bueno y fui muy bienvenido desde que llegamos\u201d – dijo Nogueira luego de terminar el entrenamiento. \u201cTen\u00eda mucha curiosidad sobre las artes marciales pero desde que llegamos vimos no solo Krav Maga, vimos un lindo pais, playa, personas muy tranquilas y muy amistosas\u201d.<\/p>\n
