Cada a\u00f1o, la Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3micos (OCDE) elije a los 10 pa\u00edses con mejor educaci\u00f3n del mundo. En esa lista, Israel se ubica tercero, solo por detr\u00e1s de Canad\u00e1 y Jap\u00f3n.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Las instituciones en los Estados Unidos dominan las clasificaciones de las mejores universidades del mundo. De las 10 mejores universidades del mundo, ocho est\u00e1n ubicadas en los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, a pesar de contar con algunas de las mejores instituciones educativas del mundo, la OCDE ubic\u00f3 en el sexto lugar de Estados Unidos en educaci\u00f3n de adultos.<\/p>\n

La OCDE defini\u00f3 el nivel de educaci\u00f3n de adultos de un pa\u00eds como el porcentaje de personas entre las edades de 25 y 64 a\u00f1os que completaron alg\u00fan tipo de educaci\u00f3n terciaria en la forma de un t\u00edtulo de dos a\u00f1os, un t\u00edtulo de cuatro a\u00f1os o un programa vocacional.<\/p>\n
