El presidente de Estados Unidos y el primer ministro israel\u00ed se mostraron unidos y remarcaron sus esperanzas de una fruct\u00edfera colaboraci\u00f3n en la reuni\u00f3n de la ONU.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

El presidente de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, expres\u00f3 su confianza en el \u00e9xito de las futuras conversaciones de paz entre israel\u00edes y palestinos el lunes mientras se reun\u00eda con el primer ministro Benjam\u00edn Netanyahu antes de la 72\u00aa sesi\u00f3n de la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n

Trump luego de ser consultado sobre el proceso de paz expres\u00f3 que \u00abhay una buena probabilidad de que suceda\u201d y a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cCreo que con la capacidad de Bibi (apodo para Netanyahu) tenemos la oportunidad, a Israel le gustar\u00eda verlo, a los palestinos les gustar\u00eda verlo, puedo decirles que el gobierno de Trump quiere verlo\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Netanyahu se hizo eco de la fe de Trump en el proceso, afirmando que bajo su liderazgo, \u201cla alianza entre Israel y Estados Unidos nunca fue m\u00e1s fuerte\u201d.<\/p>\n

El primer ministro israel\u00ed sugiri\u00f3 que la cooperaci\u00f3n entre el Estado Hebreo y su gran aliado es profunda.<\/p>\n

El mandatario israel\u00ed destac\u00f3 su esperanza de que Estados Unidos eventualmente ayude a \u00abrevertir la creciente agresi\u00f3n de Ir\u00e1n en la regi\u00f3n, especialmente en Siria\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n dijo que le gustar\u00eda aprovechar la oportunidad para \u00abdiscutir c\u00f3mo lograr la paz entre Israel y el mundo \u00e1rabe\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Netanyahu concluy\u00f3 diciendo que esperaba con inter\u00e9s las apariciones separadas de la pareja frente a la Asamblea General de la ONU, asegurando que \u00abbajo el Presidente Trump, la posici\u00f3n de Estados Unidos hacia Israel en la ONU es inequ\u00edvoca, fuerte, tiene claridad y convicci\u00f3n.
