En v\u00edsperas del nuevo a\u00f1o, la poblaci\u00f3n israel\u00ed llega a 8.630.000 personas, seg\u00fan el informe de la Oficina de Estad\u00edsticas. Las tendencias actuales muestran una disminuci\u00f3n en el n\u00famero de inmigrantes en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, especialmente de Francia, y una poblaci\u00f3n esperada para 2065 de 25 millones de personas.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Se puede extraer una serie de conclusiones sorprendentes de los datos. En caso de confirmarse la tendencia de crecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n ultraortodoxa, en no menos que en 50 a\u00f1os, se prev\u00e9 que un tercio de la poblaci\u00f3n total israel\u00ed ser\u00e1 de esta comunidad.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, si la tendencia demogr\u00e1fica general contin\u00faa, para el a\u00f1o 2065, Israel puede esperar una poblaci\u00f3n de 25 millones de personas.<\/p>\n

6.450.000 personas son jud\u00edas (74.8 %), 1.796.000 son \u00e1rabes (20.8%), y 384.000 de otras etnias (4.4%).
\nEl \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, se contaron 167.000 nuevas personas a la poblaci\u00f3n israel\u00ed, lo que representa un aumento del 2%, porcentaje relativamente consistente con el crecimiento anual de la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\n

Los nacimientos naturales representan un 83% del aumento demogr\u00e1fico, a pesar de que hubo menos nacimientos que muertes, mientras que el restante 17% se compone de nuevos inmigrantes (27.000 llegaron en 2016).
