La econom\u00eda de Israel se recuper\u00f3 en 2016, creciendo un 3.8 por ciento debido a mayores exportaciones, gasto de consumo e inversi\u00f3n, aunque se espera un crecimiento m\u00e1s lento en 2017.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

La estimaci\u00f3n provisional del crecimiento de la Oficina Central de Estad\u00edsticas fue superior a la tasa de crecimiento del 2.5 por ciento en 2015.<\/p>\n

El Banco Central de Israel elev\u00f3 su estimaci\u00f3n de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico de 2016 del 2.8 por ciento al 3.5 por ciento.<\/p>\n

El BCI prev\u00e9 una desaceleraci\u00f3n el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o a 3.2 por ciento y un crecimiento de 3.1 por ciento en 2018.<\/p>\n

Hace apenas unos meses, 2016 se estaba configurando para ser bastante d\u00e9bil para la econom\u00eda de Israel, especialmente cuando el crecimiento del primer trimestre se estim\u00f3 inicialmente en un 0,8 por ciento anualizado. Junto con la incertidumbre en los mercados financieros tras el voto Brexit de Gran Breta\u00f1a, el Banco de Israel redujo en junio su pron\u00f3stico de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico de 2016 a 2.4 por ciento (desde el 2.8 por ciento).<\/p>\n

Pero el crecimiento del primer trimestre se revis\u00f3 en \u00faltima instancia hasta un 3.2 por ciento anualizado, seguido por un 4.9 por ciento de arranque en los tres meses siguientes.<\/p>\n

A pesar de que el ritmo de crecimiento ha aumentado, la tasa de inter\u00e9s de referencia del Banco Central probablemente permanecer\u00e1 retenida por el momento, ya que la tasa de inflaci\u00f3n anual sigue siendo negativa en -0,3 por ciento en noviembre y no se espera que alcance el nivel objetivo del gobierno de 1-3 por ciento hasta finales de 2017.<\/p>\n
