Un palestino intent\u00f3 atropellar con su veh\u00edculo a soldados del Ej\u00e9rcito de Defensa de Israel (Tz\u00e1hal) que operaban junto a un puesto de control cerca del asentamiento de Ofra, en la zona de Ramallah, en el centro de Cisjordania (Judea y Samaria), al norte de Jerusal\u00e9n, se\u00f1ala un parte militar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Los soldados abrieron fuego contra el veh\u00edculo. Cuando el rodado se detuvo el sospechoso, un\u00a0 masculino de alrededor de treinta a\u00f1os, carg\u00f3 contra los combatientes con un cuchillo machete de cocina. Los soldados le dispararon, lo que le provoc\u00f3 graves heridas, indic\u00f3 el Canal 2 de la televisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

No se registraron soldados o civiles israel\u00edes heridos en el ataque.<\/p>\n

El agresor fue evacuado al Hospital Hadassah Har Hatzofim (Monte Scopus) de Jerusal\u00e9n para su atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n

Horas antes, un palestino de 23 a\u00f1os, fue detenido en Hebr\u00f3n, cerca de la Tumba de los Patriarcas (Mearat Hamajpela), tras hab\u00e9rsele hallado un cuchillo escondido en el cuerpo. El sospechoso le dijo a las fuerzas de seguridad que ten\u00eda intenciones de perpetrar un apu\u00f1alamiento con el arma blanca.<\/p>\n

Los soldados de la Guardia de Frontera apostados en el puesto de control sospecharon de su conducta. Los revisaron y encontraron el arma blanca entre sus ropas.<\/p>\n

La Guardia de Frontera puntualiz\u00f3 que\u00a0 sus fuerzas habr\u00edan prevenido un apu\u00f1alamiento en contra de sus efectivos o de los peregrinos jud\u00edos que acuden a rezar al lugar.<\/p>\n

Poco antes, tropas del Ej\u00e9rcito de Defensa de Israel abrieron fuego contra un palestino que arroj\u00f3 cascotes contra un veh\u00edculo militar.<\/p>\n

El atacante estaba aparentemente desarmado, y se dio a la fuga. Los soldados estaban rastrillando la zona.<\/p>\n

Los combatientes indicaron que primero hicieron disparos al aire de advertencia y luego abrieron fuego en direcci\u00f3n al sospechoso cuando se neg\u00f3 a acatar la orden de alto.<\/p>\n

En Jerusal\u00e9n, un soldado de la Guardia de Frontera fue atacado por varios residentes. El incidente finaliz\u00f3 sin heridos.<\/p>\n
