Previamente presentamos 2 explicaciones del tercer mandamiento. En s\u00edntesis se podr\u00eda decir que las dos explicaciones difieren en cuanto a la traducci\u00f3n (o el alcance) de la palabra hebrea \u00abTISA\u00bb. Primero exploramos lo que se aprende del Tercer Mandamiento cuando entendemos LO TISA como no \u00abinvocar\u00bb el nombre de HaShem en vano, en el contexto de un juramento, promesa, beraj\u00e1, etc..<\/p>\n

En segundo lugar, explicamos LO TISA como \u00abNo llevar\u00e1s el nombre de Dios en vano\u00bb y la responsabilidad que esta misi\u00f3n exige (ver aqu\u00ed<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Siguiendo con este mismo tema, hoy, conversando con mi mama que vive en Buenos Aires, escuch\u00e9 algunas noticias de lo que est\u00e1 ocurriendo en estos d\u00edas en la Argentina, donde muchos casos de corrupci\u00f3n se est\u00e1n finalmente desenmascarando.<\/p>\n

Cuando un ejecutivo de una compa\u00f1\u00eda defrauda econ\u00f3micamente a su empresa, usando fondos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para beneficio personal, est\u00e1 enga\u00f1ando a su empresa, a sus socios, clientes y empleadores.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Pero cuando un l\u00edder religioso usa fondos p\u00fablicos inapropiadamente, o es part\u00edcipe de alg\u00fan fraude econ\u00f3mico,\u00a0\u00a0no solo est\u00e1 enga\u00f1ado a sus \u00abempleadores\u00bb, sino que por sobre todo est\u00e1 perjudicando much\u00edsimo a la religi\u00f3n que representa. En Argentina, se comenta que ayudaron a un ladr\u00f3n de guantes blancos a entrar a un convento en la mitad de la noche y esconder all\u00ed dinero mal habido. Si esto se comprueba, entonces en primer lugar, tendr\u00edamos un ejemplo muy real, aunque no sea dentro del marco jud\u00edo, de como a veces se puede trivialidad, utilizar en vano o para fines materiales el \u00abprestigio de una instituci\u00f3n religiosa\u00bb que supuestamente funciona en nombre de Dios.<\/p>\n

Esto , por supuesto, puede pasar en todas las religiones y el efecto de frustraci\u00f3n y desencanto que estos esc\u00e1ndalos causan en los feligreses es devastador. Ya que afectar\u00e1 el prestigio de la religi\u00f3n , y\/o aquellos que la representan, quienes supuestamente deben dar el ejemplo de honestidad e integridad moral.<\/p>\n

Si algo parecido ocurriera en el pueblo jud\u00edo se llamar\u00eda JILUL HASHEM ,la profanaci\u00f3n \u00abdel nombre de HaShem\u00bb. \u00bfY por qu\u00e9 se denomina as\u00ed?<\/p>\n

Los jud\u00edos \u00abllevamos\u00bb el nombre de HaShem, y por lo tanto , somos responsables de no defraudar ni trivializar Su nombre.<\/p>\n

Imaginemos que yo trabajo para Federal Express. Llevo el uniforme , la insignia y la gorra que me identifica como Federal Express. Trabajar para esta compa\u00f1\u00eda implica tambi\u00e9n que yo represento a esta compa\u00f1\u00eda. Si trato bien a los clientes, los clientes no van a decir que Fulano de tal los trat\u00f3 bien, m\u00e1s bien van a decir que el servicio al cliente de Federal Express es excelente. El cr\u00e9dito va para la compa\u00f1\u00eda, no para el individuo. Lo mismo pasar\u00eda si yo trato mal a los clientes: la compa\u00f1\u00eda es la que va a sufrir un gran da\u00f1o en su reputaci\u00f3n y en su nombre…..<\/p>\n

De una manera similar,\u00a0\u00a0los Yehudim representamos a HaShem: \u00abtrabajamos\u00bb (o quiz\u00e1s somos Sus socios) en Su compa\u00f1\u00eda. Hasta nos vestimos con un uniforme que nos identifican con HaShem: Kippa, Tseniut y por sobre todo , Talit y Tefilin. Estos \u00faltimos, representan en realidad el nombre de HaShem como dice el pasuq \u05db\u05d9 \u05e9\u05dd \u05d4’ \u05e0\u05e7\u05e8\u05d0 \u05e2\u05dc\u05d9\u05da\u00a0\u00a0que el mundo es testigo que Nombre Divino est\u00e1 en cada Yehud\u00ed.<\/p>\n

El tercer Mandamiento no se refiere s\u00f3lo al caso en el que nuestras palabras pueden trivializar o profanar el Nombre de HaShem. Son principalmente nuestras acciones las que afectan para un lado o para el otro el prestigio y la reputaci\u00f3n del Nombre de HaShem que todo jud\u00edo lleva consigo.<\/p>\n
