A pesar de las amenazas de seguridad en curso y la inestabilidad regional, los israel\u00edes tienen una muy buena esperanza de vida, superando los 80 a\u00f1os, seg\u00fan dicta la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS)<\/strong> en su recientemente publicado informe mundial sobre la esperanza de vida.<\/p>\n

Jap\u00f3n tiene la esperanza de vida m\u00e1s elevada con cerca de 84-a\u00f1os, seguido por parte de Suiza, Singapur, Australia y Espa\u00f1a. Israel qued\u00f3 en sexto lugar. La esperanza de vida m\u00e1s corta pertenece a Sierra Leona, con las mujeres de ese pa\u00eds s\u00f3lo espera que vivan de cerca de 51 a\u00f1os y los hombres con 59 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Los israel\u00edes viven de media 82,5 a\u00f1os: para los hombres 80,6 y para las mujeres 84.3, seg\u00fan la OMS. Esto contrasta fuertemente con algunos de los vecinos de Israel, incluyendo Egipto (71 a\u00f1os) y Jordania (74 a\u00f1os). Para aquellos que viven en Siria e Irak, las esperanza de vida media son alrededor de 65 y 69 a\u00f1os, respectivamente.<\/p>\n
