El terrorista que deton\u00f3 la bomba en el autob\u00fas de la l\u00ednea 12 de la empresa Egged, identificado como Abd al Hamid Abu Srur, muri\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de las heridas recibidas en el Hospital Shaarei Tzedek de Jerusal\u00e9n.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ham\u00e1s anunci\u00f3 que el terrorista de 19 a\u00f1os, domiciliado en el campo de refugiados Aida, cerca de Bel\u00e9n, era uno de sus agentes.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s de un centenar de familiares del terrorista repartieron caramelos y dulces, y entonaron canciones para festejar su muerte, porque seg\u00fan dicen se ha convertido en un m\u00e1rtir al perpetrar un exitoso ataque contra ciudadanos israel\u00edes.<\/p>\n

Abu Srur, que se contaba entre los heridos del ataque, muri\u00f3 en el hospital en el que se hallaba y poco despu\u00e9s Ham\u00e1s identific\u00f3 como \u00abshahid\u00bb (m\u00e1rtir) y festejado su inmolaci\u00f3n repartiendo caramelos y dulces en la habitual caba\u00f1a de duelo que los musulmanes levantan tras la muerte de un familiar.<\/p>\n

El palestino ya\u00a0hab\u00eda sido se\u00f1alado por los servicios secretos como principal sospechoso del suceso porque su identidad era desconocida y las heridas que sufr\u00eda, hab\u00eda perdido las dos piernas (aparentemente llevaba un bolso con la bomba entre ellas), apuntaba a que podr\u00eda tratarse de un suicida.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Se trata del primer atentado de este tipo en a\u00f1os en un autob\u00fas, y el primero en Jerusal\u00e9n desde hace una d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\n

Los atentados suicidas fueron frecuentes durante la Segunda intifada, entre 2000 y 2005.<\/p>\n

Los hechos ocurrieron el lunes en la avenida Mosh\u00e9 Baram, en la periferia del popular barrio industrial de Talpiot (sureste de la ciudad), atestado de gente a esas horas por la proximidad de la Pascua jud\u00eda (Pesaj), que comenzar\u00e1 a celebrarse el viernes.<\/p>\n

En un principio se hab\u00eda barajado la posibilidad de aver\u00eda t\u00e9cnica en el autob\u00fas, aunque horas despu\u00e9s los expertos descubrieron metralla y restos de un artefacto explosivo.<\/p>\n
