El presidente palestino, Mahmoud Abbas rechaz\u00f3 un generoso plan para la reanudaci\u00f3n de las conversaciones de paz, plan sugerido por el vicepresidente estadounidense, Joe Biden.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con un informe publicado en el diario palestino Al Quds<\/em>, citado por el Times of Israel<\/em>, \u00abel trato ofreci\u00f3 un congelamiento de la construcci\u00f3n de asentamientos y una capital palestina en ‘Jerusalem oriental’ a cambio del reconocimiento de Israel como un estado jud\u00edo y la renuncia de los derechos palestinos para volver a vivir en Israel\u00bb.<\/p>\n
