La influencia del Estado isl\u00e1mico se est\u00e1 extendiendo r\u00e1pidamente en todo el mundo, y sigue siendo la organizaci\u00f3n terrorista m\u00e1s fuerte, seg\u00fan advirti\u00f3 la ONU en un nuevo informe.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan los informes, treinta y cuatro grupos terroristas musulmanes de todo el mundo hab\u00edan prometido lealtad al\u00a0 Estado Isl\u00e1mico<\/a> (ISIS, ISIL) desde\u00a0mediados de diciembre – y ese n\u00famero no hacho\u00a0sino crecer en el 2016, dijo el secretario general de la ONU, Ban Ki-moon, en un informe.<\/p>\n

Ban dijo que el ISIS representa \u00abuna amenaza sin precedentes\u00bb debido a su capacidad de persuadir a los grupos de pa\u00edses como Filipinas, Uzbekist\u00e1n, Pakist\u00e1n, Libia y Nigeria.<\/p>\n

\u00c9l dijo que los estados miembros de la ONU tambi\u00e9n deben prepararse para un aumento de los ataques de los grupos asociados\u00a0al\u00a0ISIS que viajan a otros pa\u00edses para lanzar ataques y desarrollar redes.<\/p>\n

\u00abLa reciente expansi\u00f3n de la esfera de influencia del ISIS en todo el oeste y el norte de \u00c1frica, Oriente Medio y el sur y sudeste de Asia demuestra la velocidad y la escala con la que la amenaza ha evolucionado en tan s\u00f3lo 18 meses\u00bb.<\/p>\n

ISIS es \u00abla\u00a0organizaci\u00f3n terrorista m\u00e1s rico del mundo<\/a>\u00ab, dijo Ban, citando estimaciones que indican que el grupo gener\u00f3 400- 500 millones de dolares del petr\u00f3leo y de sus derivados en el a\u00f1o 2015.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con la misi\u00f3n de la ONU en Irak, el dinero en efectivo tomado de sucursales bancarias ubicadas en las provincias bajo control del ISIS ascendi\u00f3 a mil millones. La misi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n estima que un impuesto sobre los camiones que entran en el territorio controlado por ISIS genera cerca de 1 mil millones al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

El grupo terrorista isl\u00e1mico captur\u00f3 grandes franjas de Irak y Siria hace menos de dos a\u00f1os y, a pesar de los esfuerzos internacionales para expulsarles, Ban dijo que el ISIS sigue manteniendo su presencia en ambos pa\u00edses y se est\u00e1 expandiendo a otras regiones.<\/p>\n
