La familia de un estadounidense que fue asesinado en 2006 por un cohete de Hezbol\u00e1 ha\u00a0demandando a Ir\u00e1n y a tres bancos por financiar el grupo terrorista liban\u00e9s apoyado por Ir\u00e1n.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

En una demanda fue presentada el lunes\u00a0por\u00a0los abogados de la familia de la v\u00edctima del terror David M. Lelchook. En la misma argumentan que Ir\u00e1n, el Banco Saderat (banco central de Ir\u00e1n), permitieron , facilitaron y provocaron\u00bb la muerte de Lelchook.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Lelchook, un israel\u00ed-estadounidense de 52 a\u00f1os de edad, fue asesinado cuando huy\u00f3 de la casa en su bicicleta en el norte de Israel durante la Segunda Guerra del L\u00edbano entre Israel y Hezbol\u00e1 en el 2006. Lelchook era originario de un suburbio de Boston Newton y hab\u00eda estado viviendo en Israel durante 20 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

A principios de este a\u00f1o un tribunal estadounidense orden\u00f3 a la Organizaci\u00f3n de Liberaci\u00f3n de Palestina y la Autoridad Palestina a pagar m\u00e1s de 218 millones de dolares por el apoyo a los ataques terroristas que llevaron a la muerte de varios estadounidenses durante la segunda intifada.<\/p>\n
