La municipalidad de Reikiavik aprob\u00f3 una moci\u00f3n que boicotea los productos israel\u00edes \u201cmientras contin\u00fae la ocupaci\u00f3n de los territorios palestinos\u201d, inform\u00f3 Magazine Iceland.<\/p>\n

Los miembros del consejo dijeron que se trata de un acto simb\u00f3lico para demostrar el apoyo de la capital de Islandia hacia un estado palestino y de condena a la \u201cpol\u00edtica de apartheid\u201d de Israel.<\/p>\n

El Ministerio de Exteriores conden\u00f3 la medida, y en una aparente referencia a la naturaleza de Islandia como fuente actividad volc\u00e1nica, expres\u00f3 que \u201cun volc\u00e1n de odio vomita desde el\u00a0edificio del consejo municipal de Reikiavik\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
