El Presidente Hassan Rouhani se opone a llevar a\u00a0votaci\u00f3n parlamentaria el acuerdo, que insiste es un entendimiento con las potencias mundiales y no un tratado. La semana pasada, advirti\u00f3 que si el Parlamento vota sobre el acuerdo, sus disposiciones ser\u00e1n jur\u00eddicamente vinculantes.<\/p>\n
