Tras m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o desprovistos de cualquier contacto directo, Netanyahu llam\u00f3 a Abbas con motivo de la fiesta musulmana de Eid al-Fitr, que marca el fin del Ramad\u00e1n.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

El primer ministro, Benjamin Netanyahu, llam\u00f3 al l\u00edder de la Autoridad Palestina (AP), Mahmoud Abbas el viernes para ofrecer sus buenos deseos para la festividad musulmana de Eid al-Fitr – Festival de la ruptura del ayuno – siguiendo el mes de Ramad\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

El primer ministro dijo a Abbas que los ciudadanos de Israel quieren la paz y que Israel continuar\u00e1n movi\u00e9ndose en la direcci\u00f3n de la estabilidad regional.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan los informes, Abbas agradeci\u00f3 a Netanyahu la llamada y expres\u00f3 la esperanza de lograr la paz en el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

Esta fue la primera conversaci\u00f3n de los dos l\u00edderes que han realizado en m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o. La \u00faltima vez que hablaron fue en junio de 2014, cuando Netanyahu llam\u00f3 a Abbas para pedir su ayuda en la b\u00fasqueda de los tres adolescentes israel\u00edes que fueron secuestrados<\/a> y asesinados por terroristas palestinos.<\/p>\n
