La fe en la capacidad de alcanzar una soluci\u00f3n de dos estados se ha reducido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os entre los israel\u00edes y los palestinos, seg\u00fan una encuesta reciente.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Una nueva muestra de la encuesta entre israel\u00edes y palestinos conjunta establece que el apoyo a la soluci\u00f3n de dos estados<\/a> ha disminuido entre los palestinos e israel\u00edes en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o. Hoy en d\u00eda, s\u00f3lo el 51 por ciento apoya la idea.<\/p>\n

En comparaci\u00f3n con una encuesta similar realizada en junio de 2014, el apoyo a la soluci\u00f3n de dos estados<\/a> se redujo entre los israel\u00edes del 62 por ciento y entre los palestinos desde el 54 por ciento.<\/p>\n

Mientras tanto, cada parte sigue considerando que las intenciones de los otros presentan una amenaza existencial.<\/p>\n

Una mayor\u00eda del 56 por ciento de los palestinos est\u00e1n convencidos de que los objetivos de Israel a\u00a0el largo plazo son los de extender sus fronteras para cubrir toda el \u00e1rea entre el r\u00edo Jord\u00e1n y el mar Mediterr\u00e1neo y de expulsar a sus ciudadanos \u00e1rabes. Otro 25 por ciento cree que el objetivo de Israel es anexionarse Judea y Samaria<\/a> al tiempo que niega los derechos pol\u00edticos a los palestinos.<\/p>\n

El mayor grupo de israel\u00edes, el 43 por ciento, piensa que las aspiraciones palestinas en el largo plazo son las de\u00a0conquistar el Estado de Israel y aniquilar a la poblaci\u00f3n jud\u00eda de estar all\u00ed.<\/p>\n

La encuesta, realizada conjuntamente por el Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Harry S. Truman para la Promoci\u00f3n de la Paz en la Universidad Hebrea de Jerusalem y el Centro Palestino de Investigaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica en Ramallah, entrevist\u00f3 a\u00a01.200 palestinos y a 802 israel\u00edes.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a las perspectivas para el futuro, s\u00f3lo el seis por ciento de los israel\u00edes y el 27 por ciento de los palestinos esperan que las dos partes van a volver a las negociaciones en el corto plazo. Cerca de un tercio de los israel\u00edes – 28 por ciento – y el 29 por ciento de los palestinos piensan que las dos partes van a volver a las negociaciones en alg\u00fan momento pero que los ataques terroristas se llevar\u00e1n a cabo tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n
