O Primeiro-ministro de Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, foi convidado pelos Emirados \u00c1rabes Unidos para participar da Confer\u00eancia das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para Mudan\u00e7as Clim\u00e1ticas. Chamado de COP28, o evento acontecer\u00e1 em Dubai entre os dias 30 de novembro e 12 de dezembro deste ano.<\/p>\n

O convite para que Benjamin Netanyahu participe da COP28 foi entregue em m\u00e3os ao primeiro-ministro pelo Embaixador dos Emirados \u00c1rabes em Israel, Mohammed Al Khaja.<\/p>\n

\u201cO primeiro-ministro Benjamin Netanyahu recebeu do embaixador Al Khaja uma carta assinada pelo Presidente dos Emirados \u00c1rabes Unidos, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, e pelo vice-Presidente e Primeiro-ministro dos Emirados \u00c1rabes Unidos, Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, oficialmente convidando-o para participar da Confer\u00eancia das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para Mudan\u00e7as Clim\u00e1ticas, em Dubai\u201d, diz uma nota emitida pelo gabinete do premier israelense.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m de Netanyahu, o Presidente de Israel, Isaac Herzog, tamb\u00e9m foi convidado para participar da COP28.<\/p>\n

Desde que assinou os Acordos e Abra\u00e3o em setembro de 2020 o primeiro-ministro Benjamin Netanyahu espera por uma oportunidade para visitar os Emirados \u00c1rabes Unidos. Convites j\u00e1 lhe foram estendidos em pelo menos duas ocasi\u00f5es, mas as visitas acabaram sendo canceladas. Uma vez devido a uma crise diplom\u00e1tica entre Israel e a Jord\u00e2nia e na segunda ocasi\u00e3o, devido \u00e0 queda do parlamento israelense e da convoca\u00e7\u00e3o das elei\u00e7\u00f5es que levaram Naftali Bennet ao cargo de Primeiro-ministro de Israel.<\/p>\n
