O general Aviv Kochavi, Chefe do Estado-maior das For\u00e7as de Defesa de Israel, IDF na sigla em ingl\u00eas, viajou ao Bahrein nesta quarta-feira (9) e foi recebido em Manama pelo seu hom\u00f3logo bareinita, Theyab bin Saqer Al-Noaimi.<\/p>\n

A visita do comandante do IDF ao Bahrein acontece ap\u00f3s a visita do Ministro da Defesa de Israel Benny Gantz, ao pa\u00eds do Golfo Ar\u00e1bico<\/a>, e da assinatura de um hist\u00f3rico acordo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o bilateral, entre Jerusal\u00e9m e Manama, na \u00e1rea da seguran\u00e7a<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A agenda de Kochavi em Manama est\u00e1 repleta de reuni\u00f5es com agentes das for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a do Bahrein. Entre eles, o Secret\u00e1rio-geral do Conselho de Seguran\u00e7a Nacional, Sheik Nasser bin Hamad al-Khalifa.<\/p>\n

O Chefe do Estado-maior do IDF tamb\u00e9m ir\u00e1 se reunir com o Comandante da Quinta Frota dos Estados Unidos, vice-Almirante Brad Cooper.<\/p>\n
