O governo de Israel ratificou esta semana a indica\u00e7\u00e3o de 36 diplomatas para os cargos de embaixadores e c\u00f4nsules que representar\u00e3o o pa\u00eds mundo afora. Entre as indica\u00e7\u00f5es, est\u00e1 aquela de Daniel Zohar-Zonshine para o cargo de Embaixador de Israel no Brasil.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs indica\u00e7\u00f5es que aprovamos hoje eram esperadas h\u00e1 bastantes tempo. O Estado de Israel precisa de pessoas extraordin\u00e1rias capazes de lutar pela sua imagem. Os indicados s\u00e3o profissionais dos melhores que h\u00e1 no pa\u00eds e s\u00e3o parte integral, fundamental e decisiva do projeto de fortalecimento da posi\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica e de seguran\u00e7a de Israel no cen\u00e1rio internacional\u201d, disse o chanceler Yair Lapid durante a reuni\u00e3o ministerial desta semana.<\/p>\n

Zonshine foi c\u00f4nsul-geral na \u00cdndia (2005-2008), embaixador de Israel em Myanmar (2014-2018) e j\u00e1 trabalhou em Bras\u00edlia, na fun\u00e7\u00e3o de conselheiro da embaixada brasileira, em 2001.<\/p>\n
