A convite do Ministro das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Exteriores do Egito, Sameh Shoukry, o chanceler israelense Gabi Ashkenazi visitou hoje o Cairo para discutir quest\u00f5es ligadas ao estreitamento das rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre os dois pa\u00edses, ao cessar-fogo firmado entre Jerusal\u00e9m e o Hamas e assuntos relacionados a reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o da Faixa de Gaza.<\/p>\n

\u201cObrigado Ministro das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Exteriores, Sameh Shoukry, pelo convite para que eu visite o Egito nesta que \u00e9 a primeira visita oficial de um chanceler israelense nos \u00faltimos 13 anos\u201d, tuitou Gabi Ashkenazi logo ap\u00f3s pousar no Cairo.<\/p>\n

Em nota, o Porta-voz do Minist\u00e9rio das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Exteriores do Egito informou que os chanceleres falaram sobre o estreitamento das rela\u00e7\u00f5es bilaterais entre o Cairo e Jerusal\u00e9m nas \u00e1reas do com\u00e9rcio internacional, economia e turismo. Falou-se tamb\u00e9m sobre a possibilidade da retomada dos voos diretos entre Israel e o Egito e da abertura de uma nova embaixada israelense no pa\u00eds que liga o Oriente M\u00e9dio \u00e0 \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n

Ajuda humanit\u00e1ria para a Faixa de Gaza<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o cessar-fogo que mediado pelo Egito colocou um fim ao \u00faltimo conflito entre Israel e o Hamas, Ashkenazi e Shoukry discutiram formas de enviar ajuda humanit\u00e1ria para a Faixa de Gaza sem que esta chegue as m\u00e3os do grupo terrorista Hamas.<\/p>\n

Assim como Israel, o Egito tamb\u00e9m imp\u00f5e um bloqueio \u00e0 Faixa de Gaza para impedir o fortalecimento Hamas e demais grupos terroristas da Faixa de Gaza.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00e3o podemos deixar que o processo de reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o da Faixa de Gaza permita que o Hamas reconstrua sua capacidade terrorista\u201d, disse o chanceler israelense para seu colega eg\u00edpcio.<\/p>\n

No sentido hor\u00e1rio: Adar Goldin, Oron Shaul, Hisham al-Sayed e Avera Mangisto.<\/p><\/div>\n

Ashkenazi disse tamb\u00e9m que o apoio para a reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o da Faixa de Gaza est\u00e1 relacionado diretamente a uma quest\u00e3o humanit\u00e1ria esquecida pela m\u00eddia internacional. Israel quer que o Hamas liberte dois civis israelenses, Avera Mangisto e Hisham al-Sayed, mantidos ref\u00e9ns pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o terrorista e que sejam devolvidos os corpos dos soldados do IDF Adar Goldin e Oron Shaul.<\/p>\n

Apesar de enfatizar para seu colega eg\u00edpcio que a Autoridade Palestina mant\u00e9m seu projeto de \u00f3dio antissemita, Ashkenazy e Shoukry concordaram em trabalhar para fortalecer a posi\u00e7\u00e3o da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o liderada por Mahmoud Abbas em detrimento ao grupo terrorista Hamas.<\/p>\n

O hoje mais moderado Fatah de Abbas e o Hamas s\u00e3o inimigos hist\u00f3ricos. Em 2007 por exemplo, atrav\u00e9s de um golpe militar, o grupo terrorista Hamas tomou o poder na Faixa de Gaza assassinando mais de uma centena de oficiais da Autoridade Palestina.<\/p>\n

\u201cO Egito \u00e9 um importante aliado na regi\u00e3o, comprometido com sua seguran\u00e7a, estabilidade, com o mantenimento da paz e sua expans\u00e3o. N\u00f3s temos que agir para impedir o fortalecimento de elementos extremistas que coloquem em risco a estabilidade regional e pelo retorno \u00e0 casa, daquelas pessoas mantidas presas pelo Hamas\u201d, tuitou Ashkenazi.<\/p>\n
