O Minist\u00e9rio da Energia de Israel anunciou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (29) que at\u00e9 o ano de 2022 o pa\u00eds depender\u00e1 apenas de seus pr\u00f3prios recursos de g\u00e1s natural.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com o diretor do minist\u00e9rio, Udi Adiri, Israel ir\u00e1 interromper o contrato com uma empresa americana que mant\u00e9m um navio gaseiro pr\u00f3ximo a cidade de Hedera. Desde 2013, o navio FRSU serve como um reservat\u00f3rio de g\u00e1s offshore de emerg\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Hoje Israel extrai g\u00e1s natural de dois reservat\u00f3rios, o Tamar e o Leviathan, que come\u00e7ou a ser explorado apenas no ano passado. \u00a0Em 2021, com o in\u00edcio da extra\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s natural de um terceiro reservat\u00f3rio, batizado de Karish, Israel atingir\u00e1 a autossufici\u00eancia e n\u00e3o mais precisar\u00e1 importar esta forma de combust\u00edvel.<\/p>\n
