Ap\u00f3s um longo per\u00edodo de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o Shin Bet, Ag\u00eancia de Intelig\u00eancia de Israel, deflagrou no in\u00edcio deste m\u00eas uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o que prendeu duas pessoas acusadas de espionagem e de colaborar com o grupo terrorista Hamas.<\/p>\n

Os presos, Rami Al-Amoudi e Rajab Daka s\u00e3o cidad\u00e3os israelenses que nasceram e foram criados na Faixa de Gaza. L\u00e1, de acordo com o Shin Bet, ambos foram recrutados pelo grupo terrorista Hamas.<\/p>\n

Rami Al-Amoudi, de 30 anos, nasceu e foi criado na cidade de Khan Yunes na Faixa de Gaza. Filho de um palestino e de uma judia israelense, ele foi criado pela fam\u00edlia de seu pai. Em 2017, de acordo com o Shin Bet, ele reatou o v\u00ednculo com a m\u00e3e, que mora em Tel Aviv, e com a sua ajuda obteve a cidadania israelense.<\/p>\n

Rajab Daka, de 34 anos, tem uma hist\u00f3ria semelhante. Filho de um palestino e de uma \u00e1rabe israelense que mora na cidade de Lod, no centro de Israel, ele foi criado na Faixa de Gaza e tamb\u00e9m conseguiu a cidadania israelense atrav\u00e9s de sua m\u00e3e. Ele \u00e9 pai de 5 filhos e dividia seu tempo entre a Faixa de Gaza e a cidade de Lod.<\/p>\n

O Estado de Israel, atrav\u00e9s de sua promotoria, acusa Rami Al-Amoudi e Rajab Daka pelos crimes de espionagem e amea\u00e7a a seguran\u00e7a nacional. De acordo com o Shin Bet, eles eram respons\u00e1veis por fornecer \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o terrorista Hamas, que controla a Faixa de Gaza, informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de bases militares, posicionamento de baterias antia\u00e9reas do sistema de defesa Domo de Ferro e mais.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Shin Bet, na \u00faltima escalada de viol\u00eancia em novembro do ano passado, quando mais de 300 foguetes foram lan\u00e7ados contra Israel, Rami e Rajab eram respons\u00e1veis por fotografar o local das quedas destes foguetes. Esta informa\u00e7\u00e3o, era enviada para os terroristas do Hamas em Gaza e usada para aprimorar a mira e assim, a efetividade dos foguetes.<\/p>\n

\u201cEste \u00e9 um grave processo penal aberto contra dois cidad\u00e3os israelenses, que foram recrutados pelo Hamas, e se aproveitaram do acesso \u00e0 Faixa de Gaza para colaborar com o bra\u00e7o armado da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o terrorista\u201d, disse o procurador Gilad Erlich ao jornal israelense Ynet.<\/p>\n

O advogado Eyal Beserglik, que representa Al-Amoudi, disse que seu cliente alega se declarou inocente de todas as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es. \u201cN\u00f3s ainda n\u00e3o tivemos a oportunidade de analisar a fundo os autos do processo, assim que fizermos, poderemos nos pronunciar com mais propriedade sobre as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, disse ele.<\/p>\n
